Victoria Carreon, MEd, LPC

Hello, my name is Victoria Carreon. I attended The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley where I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and received a Masters in Education for Counseling and Guidance.

Carreon, Victoria

I have experience working with individuals, couples, and adolescents with: depression, anxiety, grief, substance use disorders, relationship struggles and anger management. I am passionate about working with individuals and couples to help process any past traumas to help build a better understanding and acceptance of one’s self.
I know from my own life, how hard it is to express feelings without feeling judged. I strongly believe that slowing down and looking inside can help us become strong, passionate, sensitive, and brave. When clients come to me, they get to be themselves without judgment. They get to be vulnerable and explore the fears and those tough feelings that are worrying them and that they may not be able to reveal to the people around them.
I see clients as the true “expert” in their own life and I see myself as a guide and mentor along the way. When you are ready, I am here to guide you through your life’s journey.
