LPC Supervision

As a Texas LPC-Supervisor, I provide supervision for post-graduate LPC-Associates working toward full licensure. If you are interested in receiving supervision from me, please email me. Supervision is an increasing part of my practice, and provides a rich interchange among talented and aspiring professionals working in a variety of private, public and nonprofit settings.
Since LPC-As are now able to offer direct services to the public while under supervision, my supervisory approach now includes the business aspects of practice. Having been in practice for over 40 years, I am able to present a variety of approaches to practice, so that an LPC-Associate can navigate successfully the increasingly complex environment of telehealth-driven mental health services.
In addition, we offer a collaboration agreement with LPC-As interested in seeing clients under our practice. We provide a web page here, and will refer clients to you as we can. We can also bill insurance for your work while you are unable to bill insurance independently. Our Practice Manager, Julie, will explain that option if you are interested.
The costs for supervision is $200/mo for LPC-Associates beginning supervision after 5/1/26. The supervision agreement involves Dr. Sparrow providing 48 supervision sessions per year as required by the Texas LPC Board.
The payment options for monthly supervision below—PayPal and Zelle—are for current LPC-A supervisees who have signed a contract with us. Please contact us if you are interested in receiving supervision from Dr. Sparrow.
