My professional journey includes working with women who were victims of domestic violence at the Family Crisis Center and with adolescents involved in the juvenile justice system at the Amador Rodriguez Juvenile Boot Camp. These experiences have shaped my deep empathy, respect, and commitment to helping others heal and grow.
What I love most about counseling is its transformative power—how it can shift the way individuals see themselves, relate to others, and handle life’s difficulties. I believe strongly in a client-centered approach, where you are the expert on your own life, and the counseling process becomes a collaborative journey toward healing and self-understanding.
I draw from Bowlby’s Attachment Theory to help clients strengthen their relationships—with themselves, their families, friends, and colleagues. Through this lens, we can work together to:
- Improve communication and conflict resolution
- Release relationship insecurities and build trust
- Develop emotional awareness and self-compassion
- Create healthier, more fulfilling relationships
Whether you’re seeking personal growth, stronger relationships, or a safe space to process life’s challenges, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater harmony and connection.
